A batch planner you can inspect
Frame measurements become rectangular blanks by adding twice the per-side allowance. The planner compares four shelf-packing heuristics for each roll and retains the result with the fewest rolls, then shortest total used length. Every cut is shown on a roll map. A heuristic is not a guarantee of optimal packing.
Price comparison
Prices are entered by the visitor and remain local. Total purchase cost is quantity of rolls times entered price. Missing prices remain unknown. Tax, delivery, spline and tools are excluded. “Leftover” means purchased area not assigned to blanks, including usable remnants.
Product scope
Preset records identify four listed Phifer window-screen rolls or kits. Actual material width and package contents must be confirmed. The tool does not determine screen-frame condition, spline compatibility or structural suitability.
